How to review quality before packing and export
Finishing review is where measurement, labeling, ironing, and packaging standards all meet. Missing this stage creates avoidable shipment issues.

Quality review before packing is not only about defects. It is also about consistency. Measurement tolerance, label position, pressing quality, fold method, carton marks, and assortment logic all need one final pass before goods leave the factory.
At this stage, simple checklists matter more than long reports. A short final control list helps teams move through the line efficiently while making sure the customer receives goods that are ready for warehouse intake or direct retail use.
The closer the QC and packing teams work together, the fewer surprises appear after shipment. This is especially important for exports where relabeling or repacking later can be expensive.
